CAMURRI BRAUER 400L model can prepare excellent hand-crafted beer from natural products according to any recipe. The unit incorporates 2 independent modules (with a capacity of 200 liters each) into a single unit. The modules can operate individually and/or simultaneously. It also comes with a lift system to easily remove the wort basket.
Description: The CAMURRI BRAUER is equipped with a PLC programmer that controls, regulates and automatically schedules process times and temperatures according to your recipe; completed with a BT Interface that lets you program the unit from your Android Tablet or Smartphone. It also comes with Mixer with gear-motor that blends mixtures correctly, enhanced the organoleptic qualities of the products ensuring the maximum extraction. It has heating elements for the heating and maintaining of the product during the various steps in the process. It also comes with a practical Double-Mesh Filter made entirely of Stainless Steel 18/10. Lastly, it also comes with a lift system to easily remove the wort basket.
