Strisselspalt is the historical variety produced in Alsace. It belongs to the traditional fine aroma varieties. Strisselspalt has a very fine, mild and pleasant aroma. It imparts lemon, fruity, spicy and floral notes. Strisselspalt is ideal in very late & dry hopping.
