Tanal® 02 is a 100% natural gall tannin designed to have a consistent level of polymerization so that interactions between it, yeast and haze-inducing proteins in the system deliver a permanent cloud in the finished product.
- Due to strong anti-oxidant and metal complexing properties, Tanal 02 can also be used as a stabilizing aid to increase shelf life

Storage & handling:
Tanal 02 does not require special storage conditions and has a shelf life of min. 5 years if stored in a dry area in its original closed packaging. The product is not frost-sensitive and normal ambient storage temperatures (i.e. 5 – 25°C) suffice.
Dosage: Between 3 and 6 g/hl
